No Account Sharing Talia’s Beauty Supply VIP accounts are intended to be used only by the individual who registers the account. Sharing or otherwise allowing anyone other registers user is prohibited may lead to expulsion from the membership service and will be non-refundable Automatic Renewal YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR THE SERVICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH YEAR, FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS, AND EACH MONTH, FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS, UNLESS YOU INDICATE BEFORE THE END OF ANY APPLICABLE TRIAL PERIOD OR PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL DATE, THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT, THAT YOU WANT YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO BE CANCELLED. IF YOU HAVE NOT CANCELLED YOUR MEMBERSHIP PRIOR TO YOUR RENEWAL DATE, WE WILL (AND YOU AUTHORIZE US TO) CHARGE YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE TO THE PAYMENT MECHANISM WE HAVE ON FILE FOR YOU. UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, RENEWAL TERMS ARE FOR ONE YEAR, FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS, AT THE THEN STANDARD RATE. EXCEPT AS DESCRIBED BELOW ALL FEES RELATED TO A RENEWAL OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation: To cancel your membership, login to your Talia’s Beauty Supply account, go to My Account, and select "Cancel Membership" There will be no Refunds for the membership for monthly or annual paid memberships that are simply cancelled by the member. Those will cancel by the end of the monthly term or annual term. Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date in all respects and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Talia’s Beauty Supply will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements. Rate Changes: We will reserve the right to increase fees within 30 days’ notice to members. Prepaid annual memberships will not be affected by any increase until after the expiration date of the paid membership.

Termination: We may terminate your membership at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will give you a prorated refund based on the number of full months remaining in your membership for annual memberships and number of full days remaining in your membership for monthly memberships. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Policies or our Terms of Service or any applicable law, involves fraud, sharing or any misuse of the membership, or is harmful to our interests or another user. We may also terminate your account if we determine that fraudulent payment or address information was used during the sign up process, incomplete or invalid information was provided. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Policies will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
